Membership Code 

WAC as a club is dedicated to growing and improving upon our community of gamers and hobbyists. All players are welcome, from the casual to the competitive, but must adhere to the WAC code. We have zero tolerance for cheating and/or behaviors that make our community unenjoyable for others. We show respect to our fellow members as well as those we interact without outside of our club. We want everyone to have a good time. So let’s put some beautifully painted models on the table and roll some dice together!

Friend of WAC

This can be anyone looking to get involved and have fun! Or maybe you’re a member of one of our local rival Houston area clubs? Come play/hobby with us!

Benefits include:

  • Learn more about the Hobby! Get great painting tips! Make new friends.

 

Troop of WAC (Official Membership)

Are you interested in being a full member and playing under our banner? Please get to know us by coming to some of our practice nights and local RTTs/One Day Tournaments (preferably at The Adventure Begins) and then let us know you are interested.

Note: We do have a regularly scheduled internal process to make sure all potential members have demonstrated they will make positive additions to the club.

Members do NOT have to be “meta” players. If you like signing up for the occasional event, playing fun lists and just being part of an awesome community, we love that!

Officer of WAC

This is an internally elected role. These are the people who are most active within WAC and epitomize WAC values. They are expected to lead, mentor others, and take on roles and tasks within the club. Currently we have a Commander (aka our Founder), two Captains (senior officers) and two sergeants (regular officers) who split duties among the club.

  • Have say/vote over all WAC decisions/functionality

  • Hold key Role in WAC/Main representative of WAC

WAC Tournament Team

A Team of 8 people consisting of WACs core group of tournament players. Currently focused on Warhammer Age of Sigmar Tournament play. Team members are expected to:

  • Regularly attend RTTs as well as GTs/Opens in the state of Texas for AOS.

  • Be extremely positive representatives of the hobby and our sponsor The Adventure Begins. You are the Face of WAC!

  • Prefer focus on Competitive play.

  • Level of tournament attendance/player rankings and club participation will be considered.
